6. Delivery
- We design and deliver our own stunning candles in and outside Dar es Salaam and all around the world.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the Customer's address details you provide are correct. If a package is returned because of a wrong address or failed delivery attempt, you will be required to pay the cost for reshipping the order.
- Delivery charges will be determined based on the customer’s location. Product delivery will be made after confirmation of payment for the ordered items and the delivery charges.
- We will make every effort to ensure delivery is made on your requested date, but you acknowledge that in rare circumstances, delivery under the requested terms may not be successful. In such an event, we will give you prior notice whenever possible and shall either make alternative arrangements or issue a full refund.
7. Changes to These Terms of Use
We reserve the right to remove, change, or modify any part of these terms of use at any time. Changes to terms of use will be posted on the homepage of this website and the revised change will take effect 30 days after the date of publication.
